01 · THE AIOS AUDIT
We take your business apart department by department and tell you exactly where AI is worth your money and where it isn't.
We sit with the people doing the actual work: sales, finance, operations, marketing, admin. We ask how a quote gets written, how an invoice gets chased, how the monthly report gets built and how long each of those takes. Then we score every function against the five levels, so you can see in one page which parts of your business are still stuck at level one.
What you get back is a ranked roadmap. Every move has a ringgit value attached, worked out from the hours it gives back or the revenue it protects, and the list runs in the order that pays you back fastest. Some of what we recommend you'll do yourself with no help from us, and we'll say which parts those are.

02 · WORKSHOPS
Your team has sat through AI training before and come back with a page of notes and nothing running. We do it the other way round. By the end of the day each person has written down how their own job works and has AI doing two or three parts of it properly, tested on real work from their own inbox.
We use their actual jobs. The finance person builds the payment-chasing reply. The account manager builds the weekly client update. The ops person builds the report they dread every Monday. Whatever they build in the room is theirs to keep and use the next morning.

03 · AI BUILDS
This is level five: the operating system itself, built for your business and handed to you.
One place your team logs into where the work is visible. The reports write themselves and are waiting on Monday. The routine replies are drafted and sitting for approval. The numbers that matter are on the screen instead of buried in a spreadsheet someone updates when they remember. Your team stops assembling information and starts deciding what to do with it.
We build the same way we built our own. Sean's companies run on six of these systems today, with around fifteen routines running daily: reports, meeting summaries and finance checks that happen whether anyone opens a laptop or not. Roughly RM480,000 of software at market rates, built in-house. That's the standard of thing we're describing.

HOW IT RUNS
The same three steps every time, whichever service you end up buying.
Step 01
A call, or coffee if you're in KL. You tell us what your business does and where AI has let you down. We tell you honestly whether we can help, what it would cost and what you could do yourself for free. Some of these calls end with us telling you to go and write three documents and come back in a month.
Step 02
We go through your departments, interview your people and score every function against the five levels. You get the ranked roadmap with the ringgit values, and it's yours to act on with us or without us.
Step 03
Most businesses take the roadmap and climb the first two levels with their own team, sometimes with a workshop to get them moving. When level five is worth building, we build it and hand it over.
QUESTIONS
Yes. Nobody writes code and nobody learns new software beyond a chat window. All we ask is that each person can explain their own job, which is the thing they know better than anyone. Often it's the person who has been there fifteen years who gets the most out of the day, because they understand the process best and have the most repeated work to hand over.
Far fewer than you expect. Most businesses need one paid AI assistant per person, somewhere to keep their written-down knowledge and the systems they already have. We don't resell software and take no commission from any tool we recommend, so there's nothing in it for us to add another subscription to your bill.
You keep everything, and it keeps working. Your written-down knowledge, your skills and your workflows are plain files and documents in your own accounts. There is no licence to renew and no platform of ours to be locked out of. We'd rather you could leave and chose not to.
A workshop gives your team something running the same day. On builds we start with the piece that pays back soonest so you have proof early, and the full timeline goes to you in writing before you commit, because it depends on how many departments are involved and how much of your business is already written down.
Sometimes not, and we'll tell you. If you're a team of five and nothing is written down anywhere, the honest answer is that a workshop or a month of your own effort will do more for you than an audit will. The audit earns its money when there are enough departments and enough repeated work for the ranked roadmap to be worth having.
