The AIOS Method

RESOURCES

Things you can use today.

Everything on this page does the same job: it helps you get your business out of your head and into writing, which is the step every other step depends on. You need nobody's permission and no budget to do it.

The shelf is short because we only put things here once we've used them ourselves. It grows as we build.

The Context Interview Prompt

Writing your business down sounds simple until you sit in front of a blank page and can't think where to start. This prompt removes the blank page. You paste it into any AI chat and it interviews you instead, one question at a time, about what you sell, what you charge, who buys from you, how the work actually gets done and how you talk to customers.

Answer as you would in conversation. Rough is fine, and "I don't know" is a valid answer. At the end it writes the whole thing up as one clean document you save and reuse. That document is level two, and it's the difference between AI guessing at your business and AI reading it.

Set aside twenty minutes and do it in one sitting if you can.

  1. Copy the prompt.

One button below, straight to your clipboard.

  2. Paste it into any AI chat.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, whichever you already have open. The free versions work.

  3. Answer the questions and save what comes out.

Keep the finished document somewhere you can find it, and paste it in at the start of your next AI conversation.

Where should we send it?

Give us an email and the prompt appears right here on the page. No download, no attachment, nothing to open.

Write your business down first: the starter list.

If you'd rather do this yourself with a blank document and an hour, here is the list we work through. Ten documents, in the order we'd write them. None of them need to be long or polished, and a page each is plenty to start with. What matters is that they're true and current, because AI will believe every word.

Write them in whatever you already use. A shared folder of plain documents is enough.

  1. 01

    What you sell.

Every product or service by name, with what's actually included in each. Nearly every wrong answer AI gives starts here.

  2. 02

    Your prices.

Current prices, what the discounts are and who's allowed to give them. Old prices in writing are worse than none.

  3. 03

    How you quote.

The path from enquiry to a number, and what makes that number go up or down. This is the job most owners want AI to take off them first.

  4. 04

    Who buys from you.

Your main customer types and what each one cares about. It's the difference between copy aimed at someone and copy aimed at nobody.

  5. 05

    Who you turn away.

The enquiries you say no to and why. Saves your team and your AI from chasing work you don't want.

  6. 06

    How you sound.

The words you use, the words you never use, and one reply you were happy with. Tone is easy to teach and impossible to guess.

  7. 07

    Your process, start to finish.

What happens between the customer saying yes and the job being done. Everything at level three gets built on top of this.

  8. 08

The questions you answer every week.

Your real FAQ, in your own answers rather than the polished website version. The fastest document to write and the most reused.

  9. 09

    Your numbers.

Which figures you track, where they live and what a good month looks like. Without this, AI can describe your business but never assess it.

  10. 10

    Your rules and limits.

What nobody may promise, what needs your approval and what should never leave the company. Write this before you give AI anything sensitive, not after.

Do these ten and you're on level two, which is further than most businesses in the country. Everything above it becomes possible.

More of these are on the way.

We add a resource here when we've used it on a real business and it held up. Templates for the written-down documents, the skills we run most often and the workshop material are all in the queue. Leave your email and we'll tell you when the next one lands.

NEXT STEP

When writing it down isn't enough.

These get you to level two on your own. If you want every department scored, a ranked list of what to fix first and a ringgit value against each move, that's the audit. Tell us about your business and we'll say whether you're ready for one.
